Zebra

Zebra are very adaptable to different habitats. They can be found almost everywhere in Africa, except in the denser forests. They prefer short grass plains where the grazing is good. They travel in herds of more than 1000 individuals. They are marked with distinct black and white stripes, but otherwise resemble a horse. A Zebra is a graceful and strong runner. They will stampede kicking up dirt everywhere when a predator is approaching too close.
